More Strawberry Clafoutis (with a twist)

I made one of our favourite desserts tonight, Strawberry Clafoutis (of which we have Clotilde from Chocolate & Zucchini to thank). However, I made some minor changes, which altered the whole taste sensation.
Firstly, go check out Clotilde’s recipe.
Now substitute pecans for the almonds, and raw castor sugar for the granulated sugar and use Bacardi Gold for the rum and you should end up with what we ate tonight.
