Clafoutis
Tonight I made Clafoutis from Clotilde’s recipe except I used canned cherries (since I didn’t have any strawberries) and used Marachino instead of rum.

I baked them in little ramkins which presented quite well and tasted fantastic. The recipe was simple, easy to follow and turned out exactly as described. Everyone enjoyed the treat.
