Strawberry Clafoutis
On the weekend I bought Strawberries for the express purpose of making Clotilde’s Strawberry Clafoutis, and I’m very glad I did. Not long ago I made Cherry Clafoutis based on the same recipe, which was indeed very tasty, but the strawberry version might just edge it out.
I made it in a big dish, as opposed to the the ramkins I used last time.
