What do you do with leftover Ganaché ?
Make Choc-top Ice cream cones of course!
It’s as simple as this, take a waffle cone, shove some set ganaché in the bottom, pile in the ice cream until the cone is full. Carefully dome the top and then dip into just melted ganaché (2 Tablespoons for 10 sec in the microwave is enough).
The ice-cream should reset the ganaché enough not to melt and you’re ready to eat!
