Update
It occurs to me that I haven’t updated in a while. I have not stopped cooking or eating, but due to a fair bit of non-computer life happening at this time of the year I’ve mostly been cooking stuff I’ve already written about.
The weekly staples of the house are currently, Nacho’s with Chile con Carne, Pasta Bake and either Pizza or Pizza Pie, some sort of stir fry, and usually meat & veg or fish & veg on Fridays (as I don’t need leftovers the next day).
The other night I did do something a little different, and definitely worth writing about, but we ate it before I remembered to take photos. For the curious, it was Steamed Pork Buns with stir fry veges in a black bean sauce.
This coming weekend I plan on doing a cocktail party for my 32nd birthday (on Sat), so undoubtedly I’ll have a few things to write about after that.
