Coffee sensation
So while waiting for tonights dinner to cook down a bit, I made a quick ice-coffee milkshake, but added a couple of liqueurs just because. Usually I’d just add a slug of Galliano but tonight I also added a dribble of Cointraeu as well. This proved to be a fantastic combination, bordering on the sublime.
To reproduce this wonderful elixir, take 300ml of full cream dairy milk, add to it 1 teaspoon of good Mochona freeze-dried instant coffee (I used the Temptation variant), and two teaspoons of sugar.
Now introduce about half an ounce of Galliano liqueur and half a teaspoon of Cointraeu.
Shake vigorously and enjoy!
